Data operations automation
Every manual step between a data event and the person who acts on it is delay and risk. We automate incident detection and ticketing, operational workflows and scheduled reporting, so your team spends time fixing problems rather than finding them.

FAQ
Automation — common questions
- Can failed SQL Agent jobs create Jira tickets automatically?
- Yes. That's the core of our Automated Incident Management solution — detection, diagnostics and a Jira ticket with the details attached.
- Will automation create duplicate tickets for repeated failures?
- It shouldn't. Automations check for an existing open ticket for the same job and update it instead of creating a new one.
- Do you use AI for automation?
- Today, automation is rule-based and deterministic. AI-assisted incident analysis is on our roadmap and in development.
